Automatic Bank Draft
Thank you for inquiring about paying your bills by automatic bank draft.
Below is a button to obtain an authorization form to fill out and return to us along with a void check. Your bill amount will be drawn out of your checking account the day before your bill is due, except for weekends or holidays in which case it will be on the next business day.
Once we have received your completed form we will start drawing funds from your account. If everything is processed through your bank with no problems, your bill will automatically come out of your account each month. If there is a problem, we will contact you.
Your bill statement pay stub will list the account as a DRAFT SCHEDULE {date} or TO BE PAID BY DRAFT. If you see this notation, you do not need to mail in payment.
